Hayley Kuperholz - Founder
Hayley Kuperholz is a gifted education specialist with over a decade of experience leading programs in Melbourne’s independent school sector. She has designed and implemented gifted education programs, led professional learning for teachers, developed differentiated curriculum, and worked directly with students and their families to ensure their needs were met.

Holding a Master of Education with a focus on gifted education, Hayley is currently undertaking further study in counselling to deepen her ability to support the wellbeing of the children and families she works with. Known for her deep expertise, empathy, and approachable nature, she is passionate about helping exceptional learners reach their potential — and enjoys bringing warmth and positivity to every interaction.

Motivated by a desire to help more families and schools across Australia, Hayley transitioned from the school setting to establish Flow Education. She understands both the challenges families face when advocating for their child’s needs and the realities schools face in balancing resources, priorities, and diverse student needs.
