School Support & Advocacy for Gifted and Twice-Exceptional Learners
Working Together to Support Your Child at School
Every child deserves to feel challenged, supported and understood at school. However, navigating the education system can feel complex and overwhelming, particularly when you're trying to ensure your child's educational needs are recognised and appropriately supported.
Flow Education works collaboratively with families and schools to develop shared understanding and practical, evidence-informed solutions that support gifted and twice-exceptional learners.
Our goal is to empower families with the knowledge, strategies and confidence to navigate school processes while fostering positive partnerships that help their child thrive at school.
School Advocacy
Navigating the school system can feel complex and overwhelming. We empower families to understand the support available to their child, prepare for school meetings, communicate effectively with schools, and advocate confidently for appropriate educational support. Through a collaborative approach, we help families build positive partnerships with schools while ensuring their child's learning needs are understood and appropriately supported.
Individual Learning Plans
A well-designed Individual Learning Plan (ILP) provides a clear roadmap for supporting your child's learning at school. We develop personalised, strengths-based ILPs that reflect your child's unique learning profile, translating assessment findings into practical classroom strategies and recommendations for differentiation, extension, enrichment and appropriate adjustments that schools can confidently implement.
School Observation
Through a school observation, we help families better understand their child's experience in the classroom. By observing your child in their everyday learning environment, we gain valuable insight into their engagement, learning behaviours and interactions. We then provide practical, evidence-informed recommendations and work collaboratively with you and your child's school to develop realistic strategies that support learning, wellbeing and engagement.
